Listings and certain profile information may be publicly visible. You control what you publish. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

Listing images may be enhanced using AI to improve quality or presentation. Images may not reflect exact real-world appearance.

6) In-App Chat Review

To maintain safety, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the Platform, we may analyse chat messages using automated tools and, in limited cases, manual review.

We may generate aggregated and/or de-identified insights from chat usage to improve the Platform.

7) Marketing Use of Listing Photos

We may use listing photos and listing content in marketing materials as described in the Moment Terms of Service. We will not intentionally publish your private contact details in marketing without consent.

8) How We Share Data

We may share data:

• With other users: your public listings and profile details; messages with the recipient
• With service providers: hosting, analytics, security, customer support, email/SMS vendors
• For legal and safety reasons: where required by law or to protect rights and safety
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring

We retain data as needed to operate the Platform, prevent abuse, comply with legal requirements, and maintain backups. You may request deletion, subject to legal retention needs.
